How to Manifest Your Next Vacation in the Next 12 Months

On New Year's Eve, my family and I play a little travel game. We imagine our empty suitcases, then each of us shares what we're packing, where we're going, and what we'll do on our holiday. We do this every year, and it always works! Fast forward 12 months, and despite our busy schedules, we almost always reach our chosen destinations. So now it’s your turn. Are you ready?

Find a quiet spot—if you're at work, put on some chilled music. Now, visualise an empty suitcase. Think of a destination you really want to visit, somewhere that excites you to your core, even if it seems out of your budget or your schedule is too busy. Once you have your dream destination in mind, answer these questions:

Who is going with you?

What will you do when you arrive there?

What will you eat?

What kind of accommodation do you want to stay in?

Will you sleep alone or with someone?

What do you smell?

What is the climate like?

How do you feel there?

Let your imagination run wild and immerse yourself in the details of your dream trip.

Now, this next step is crucial. Don’t worry about how it’s going to happen—this is very important! Let yourself get lost in the excitement, the visualisation, and the feeling of what it’s like when you arrive there.

Picture the smells, the people, the cultural environment. Once you have your dream destination clearly in your mind, write it down on a piece of paper or in the notes section on your phone. By doing this, you've made a command to the universe about what you want. Now, let go of the how. Continue on your way, but regularly connect with the feeling of being in that location.

Check in weekly with your visualisation. It’s amazing how many trips we’ve manifested over the years! Remember, you have to believe in what is not yet seen and see what you can make happen!
